When you use the solar calculator

The following may be used for a preliminary estimate:

• selected region;
• the property address selected in search or entered by you, and the precise coordinates of the selected point;
• average monthly electricity consumption;
• average monthly electricity bill;
• applicable tariff;
• the roof outline marked on the map (the coordinates of its points), as well as its area, orientation, tilt and mounting method;
• other technical parameters entered for the estimate.

If you send a request for an offer after an estimate, we may also receive:

• name;
• phone number;
• your comment;
• the precise property coordinates and, where a roof outline was marked on the map, the coordinates of its points;
• detailed estimate results and input parameters, including roof parameters.

We use this data for the preliminary estimate, to prepare a proposal or for an engineering consultation. The roof outline is included with a request only when you marked it in Professional Calculator.

Technical data

For the normal and secure operation of the website, server systems may automatically process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser and device type, request date and time, and the visited URL.

We do not ask you to provide special categories of personal data unless they are necessary for a specific service.

Calculator results are preliminary and do not themselves constitute a final engineering design or a binding commercial offer.
